We celebrated the Feast of Pentecost where our Year 6 Confirmation Candidates helped to lead Mass with readings, bidding prayers, taking the offertory and altar serving.
The Big Lent Walk 2024
We all took part in the Big Lent Walk on a sunny afternoon! We raised over £500 for CAFOD
Brighten Up Day for CAFOD
We held a ‘Brighten Up’ day at St Martin’s to raise money for CAFOD. TYje funds we raised will help CAFOD to keep mobile clinics active in the areas of greatest need in Pakistan . Children and staffl dressed in the brightest coloured clothes that they could find ! Wigs, legwarmers, glitter, neon colours, stripes and spots were all welcome!
We took part in a ‘ Danceathon’ during the school day by dancing, grooving and jiving for as long as we could!
May is the Month of Our Lady
Father Michael came to celebrate a special Mass in honour of Our Lady. We then processed to our new prayer garden to lay flowers at the statue of Mary.
