Attending School

The school is currently open for all children and we would like all children to attend school whenever possible because of the enormous social and economic benefits.  In order to protect the children, staff and wider community, we ask that you do not send your child into school if:

  • they have one or more COVID-19 symptoms (a new continuous cough, a temperature or a change or loss of smell or taste)
  • a member of your household (including someone in your support bubble or childcare bubble if you have one) has COVID-19 symptoms
  • they are required to quarantine having recently visited countries outside the Common Travel Area
  • they have recently tested positive for COVID-19.

If you have any doubts over whether or not your child should come to school, please contact the school office in the first instance.

Remote Learning Offer

The document below details how we will support you and your child if they cannot attend school due to COVID-19.  This applies if your child has to self-isolate because they, or someone in their household, has symptoms, and also if a class is sent home due to a confirmed positive case.

Catch Up Premium

All schools have received additional funding to support the learning recovery of children whose progress was affected by COVID or by lockdown.  The document below details how much money the school has received and how this money will be spent.
