Summer Term 1
Week 2 - Friday 26th April
We rehearsed our 1950's hit songs and also learned Ob-la-di Ob-bla-da by the Beatles!
The children have made a list of the many ensembles, duets and solos they would like to sing on Cabaret Night Tuesday 18th June. We are looking forward to some great tunes!
Week 1 - Friday 19th April
We went back in time this week and learned a couple of songs from the 1950's, notably Que Sera, Sera and The Windmills of your Mind. We are hoping to learn a bank of songs from this era to perform to our wonderful friends at the Abbeycrest Nursing Home - watch this space!
The children are thinking about their chosen songs for the Cabaret Evening and these will be discussed in our next rehearsal.
